Whistleblowing

In compliance with the Whistleblower Protection Act No. 171, 2023, Coll., Allianz Technology s.r.o. has implemented a secure internal reporting system.  Home - BKMS System (bkms-system.com). 

This system allows for the reporting of illegal acts (as defined in §2 point (1) of this Act) or other non-compliance with the  Code of Conduct of Allianz Technology that have occurred or are expected to occur in connection with Allianz Technology s.r.o., ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Notifications are also accepted from individuals who do not perform work or other similar activities for Allianz Technology s.r.o.

Reports can be made in writing, orally or in person. In this case, please make an appointment with the relevant person, using the above email or phone. Allianz Technology s.r.o. also accepts anonymous reports, and all reports will be handled with strict confidentiality. Receipt will be acknowledged within 7 days, and feedback will be provided within 30 days. Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.
