I am based out of Barcelona working as a Service Manager for Central Infrastructure and Contact Center solutions, giving       worldwide support to Allianz Partners OE. As a woman working in technology and a mom of an amazing neurodivergent kid, I feel proud of working at Allianz Technology. Andrea Urzì

I’m in charge of the support service coordination for the Workplace Department, with a focus on Help Desk. This role enables me to work in an ecosystem of gathering and analyzing user feedback, and understand how a technology – new or existing – can really impact daily activities. Through technology, we are always connected with each other to share experiences, doubts, news and to constantly support colleagues across the world.

I’m Financial Controller at AZ Tech Italy. Working in a Support function, I interact every day with people from different locations and backgrounds and I simply love it! This enables us to continuously share feedback and best practices, having the chance to keep moving forward and strive for excellence in our performance.
