ARPAN (Allianz Radiant Parents Affinity Group)

Launched in 2023, ARPAN is an employee resource group that welcomes all parents, regardless of gender identity, and fosters a collaborative environment. Our mission is to create a safe and supportive place for parents to maximize the joy of parenting while balancing and growing their careers in our organisation.

Mudra is a Sanskrit word, and has several meanings, one of which is ‘gesture’. As a program, it is envisioned to build sign language
capability within our workforce and promote a positive and
inclusive working environment. It helps connect a broader range of our colleagues with one another, building a more welcoming work
environment with specially curated initiatives.

UDAAN (Unifying to discover, adapt, accelerate and nurture) is one such designed initiative which focuses to enhance awareness in the space of All Ability (People with Disability), fostering an inclusive
culture, empowering, and enriching the work experience for our all-ability colleagues.
