We have a strong LGBTQIA+ community and we are proud to
celebrate it by supporting through numerous activities throughout the year. Our initiative around PRIDE focusses on charter vision, building the ALLY network, and the sensitisation through SWEEKAAR program that informs and educates our colleagues about the community. AMAN - For Mothers

AMAN (Allianz Mothers Affinity Network) caters to women colleagues who are expectant mothers, mothers who have just returned from
maternity, and those with young toddlers. Support in form of
discussions around policies and benefits, information on crèches,
hospitals, etc., networking with community members, regular talks and articles, workshops by experts on childcare, parenting, work-life balance and more.

Positive signs with MUDRA

Mudra is a Sanskrit word, and has several meanings, one of which is ‘gesture’. As a program, it is envisioned to build sign language
capability within our workforce and promote a positive and
inclusive working environment. It helps connect a broader range of our colleagues with one another, building a more welcoming work
environment with specially curated initiatives.

UDAAN (Unifying to discover, adapt, accelerate and nurture) is one such designed initiative which focusses on enhance awareness in the space of All Ability (People with Disability), fostering an inclusive
culture, empowering, and enriching the work experience for our all-ability colleagues.
